I work at the crosroads of Poisson geometry - which is the abstract way to deal with Haçiltonian systems of differential equations - and differential stacks - which are a manner to turn singular objects into more regular ones - the precise link being done trough Lie groupoids - a kind of group where the product can only be done under some conditions.
