Tuition
There is an annual tuition fee, currently in the amount of 2750 euros.
Scholarships
In March/April, the calls for the doctoral scholarships will be launched by the Center for Mathematics of the University of Coimbra (CMUC) and the Center for Mathematics of the University of Porto (CMUP).
Considering that the number of scholarships offered by CMUC and CMUP are limited, it is advisable that the selected candidates apply to other types of scholarships, in addition to those of the CMUC and CMUP, such as, the FCT scholarships. CMUC will open soon (September 15-30, 2022) a call for two one-year grants for students enrolled in the program. One of the thesis supervisor must be a member of CMUC.The notice of the call, in English or Portuguese, may be consulted at
